Stanislaus Arts Council Membership
The Stanislaus Arts Council’s membership program is designed to be inclusive, accessible, and responsive to the diverse ways individuals, families, and supporters engage with the arts in Stanislaus County. Memberships are annual and provide meaningful opportunities to participate, connect, and support the creative community.

Artist Memberships
Individual Artist Membership — $120/year
Designed for practicing artists of all disciplines.
Benefits include:
Invitations to participate in artist events, exhibitions, and exclusive member-only exhibition opportunities
Free participation in the Modesto Art Walk (registration required; participation fee waived)
Discounted exhibition submission fees
Opportunities to sell artwork in the Gallery
Access to drop-in creative activities in the Gallery at low or no cost

Priority invitations to volunteer opportunities and exclusive Arts Council programs
Family of Artists Membership — $240/year
For households with two or more artists, limited to up to six (6)
individuals residing at the same address.

A cost-effective option for artist households actively creating and exhibiting together
Youth Artist Membership — $30/year
For young artists ages 3–19.
Benefits include:
Age-appropriate access to artist opportunities and exhibitions
One free submission to the annual Young Artist Exhibition each spring
Early engagement with the local arts community in a supportive, accessible environment
Student Artist Membership — $60/year
Offered at a reduced rate to ensure accessibility and affordability for emerging
artists enrolled as full-time students.

Arts Supporter Memberships
Individual Arts Supporter — $35/year
For community members who wish to support the Arts Council’s mission.
