Virginia White

Virginia is known for her paintings of historical landmarks and famous buildings in Modesto and California’s central valley. Paintings of California landscapes, such as Yosemite Valley, vineyards, and the coast are some of her recent subjects. Transparent watercolor is her favorite medium, where she has developed a unique style of her own, using clean lines and vivid, fluid washes. Virginia is a retired art teacher from the Oakdale public schools, and has been actively painting, showing, winning awards, and selling her work for many years. Commissions are welcome.
